Air tune（以下「当事業者」）は、Googleカレンダーの予定をToDoとして読み書きするアプリ「Perfect ToDo」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、利用者がGoogleアカウントでログインし、許可した範囲で、次の情報をGoogleから読み取ります。

Googleカレンダーの一覧（カレンダーの名前・色・書き込みの可否）
Googleアカウントのメインのカレンダーの識別子（メールアドレス）
Googleカレンダーの予定（題名・日時・通知・繰り返し・詳細メモ・本アプリが付ける完了の印）

本アプリが Google に求める権限は、予定の読み書き（calendar.events）と、カレンダー一覧の読み取り（calendar.calendarlist.readonly）の2つだけです。

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、本アプリの画面に予定とToDoを表示すること、利用者の操作に応じてToDoを作成・編集・完了・削除することだけに使います。広告、分析、AIの学習、その他の目的には使いません。

3. 保存先

予定の内容は、利用者のブラウザとGoogleの間で直接やり取りされます。当事業者のサーバーには送信されず、当事業者が保存することもありません。
表示の設定（色、文字の大きさ、表示するカレンダーなど）、「前回ログインした」という印、前回使ったGoogleアカウントのメールアドレス（次回「続ける」を押したときに同じアカウントで入るため）は、利用者の端末のブラウザの中（localStorage）にだけ保存します。ログアウトすると印とメールアドレスは消えます。
Googleから受け取るアクセストークンは、ブラウザのメモリの中だけに置き、端末に保存しません。

4. 第三者提供

取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。法令に基づき開示を求められた場合を除きます。

5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーへの準拠

本アプリによる Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含みます）に従います。

6. アクセス解析・Cookie

本アプリは、アクセス解析や広告のためのツールを使っていません。ログインには Google が提供する仕組み（Google Identity Services）を使います。その際の Google の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

7. アクセスの取り消し・データの削除

本アプリの設定画面の「ログアウト」で、本アプリへのアクセスを取り消せます。
Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からも、いつでも取り消せます。
端末に保存された設定は、ブラウザのサイトデータを削除すると消えます。
本アプリで作成したToDoは、Googleカレンダーの予定として残ります。不要な場合は Googleカレンダーから削除してください。

8. 安全管理

本アプリは、通信をすべて暗号化（HTTPS）して行い、必要最小限の権限だけを求めます。

9. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

Air tune ("we", "us") operates Perfect ToDo (the "App"), a web app at https://perfect-todo.airtune.jp/ that shows the events of your Google Calendar as a ToDo list and lets you create, edit, complete and delete ToDo items. ToDo items are stored as events in your own Google Calendar. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, where it is stored, and how you can control it.

1. Information the App accesses

When you sign in with your Google Account and grant permission, the App reads the following information from Google, within the scope you allowed:

Your calendar list: the names and colors of your calendars and whether you can write to each calendar.
The identifier of your primary calendar, which is your Google Account email address. It is taken from the calendar list.
Your calendar events: title, date and time, reminders, recurrence, description (the App's "detail memo"), and a private "done" mark that the App adds to ToDo items.

The App requests only two OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — to list your calendars and their colors.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to read your events and to create, update and delete the events that make up your ToDo list.

The App does not access your calendar settings, calendar sharing (ACL), contacts, email, files or any other Google data.

2. How the App uses the information

The information is used only to provide the App's features to you:

to display your events and ToDo items in the month, week and list views;
to create, edit, complete, repeat or delete a ToDo item when you ask the App to do so;
to show your calendars in their colors and let you choose which calendars to display.

The information is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, training of AI or machine-learning models, or any other purpose.

3. Where the information is stored

Your calendar data is exchanged directly between your browser and Google's servers over encrypted HTTPS connections. It is never sent to, stored on, or logged by Air tune's servers. Air tune cannot see your calendar data.
The App stores only the following in your own browser (localStorage) on your device: your display settings (colors, text size, which calendars to show, and similar), a flag showing that you signed in before, and the email address of the account you last used, so that "Continue" can sign you in to the same account next time. The flag and the email address are removed when you log out.
The access token received from Google is kept only in the browser's memory while the App is open. It is never saved to your device or sent anywhere other than Google.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your information to any third party. The only exception is when we are required to disclose information by law. Because your calendar data never reaches our servers, we do not hold it.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Perfect ToDo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Analytics and cookies

The App does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Sign-in uses Google Identity Services, which is provided by Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your choices: revoking access and deleting data

You can revoke the App's access at any time with "Log out" in the App's settings.
You can also revoke access from "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account.
Settings stored in your browser are deleted when you clear the site data for perfect-todo.airtune.jp in your browser.
ToDo items you created remain in your Google Calendar as events. If you no longer need them, delete them in Google Calendar.

8. Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS, and the App requests only the minimum scopes it needs.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
